Important Terms: By placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• We cannot offer refunds on prints or digital images. Please choose your images carefully.
• Orders are posted at buyer's risk. Whilst all care is taken to ensure prints arrive safely, we take no responsibility for mishandling by Auspost. If this is of concern, please specify that you would like to pick up your prints in the 'Special Instructions' field and you will be notified when ready.
• Processing/Shipping: Orders recieved and paid for before Wednesday are dispatched the following Monday. Whilst all effort is made to adhere to this schedule, delays can occur and ProPhotoSales accept no responsibility for any hardship or loss (financial or otherwise) as a result of late delivery, with no prior notification.

Payment: Orders are processed once payment is recieved.

• Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard only. Please call on 03 8645 6200 to complete payment.
• PayPal - Secure payment via PayPal balance or credit card can be made by selecting the 'PayPal' option in the checkout - you will be directed to our PayPal merchant page.
• Cheque/Money Order - Cheque details are presented in the order confirmation page.
